Burk Posts Huge Game in 42-14 Victory
Starting off the list is Redwood's Jimmie Burk, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Burk rushed for 202 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.1 yards per carry.
If history really does repeat itself, Burk might just drop another big game when he faces off against Mt. Whitney on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Burk saw the Pioneers), he rushed for 190 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.0 yards per carry.

Golden West's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-1. Najera and Golden West will face off against El Diamante at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
