The Brandywine Heights Area Bullets's game on Saturday was all tied up 19-19 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 50-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of Luella. Brandywine Heights Area has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the defeat, Brandywine Heights Area had strong showings from Jenna Crist, who scored ten points, and Lauren Stoudt, who scored five points. Crist set a new season high mark in points with ten.
Brandywine Heights Area's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Luella, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brandywine Heights Area's road trip will continue as they head out to face Tulpehocken at 7:00 p.m. on December 15th. As for Luella, they will take on Mt. Zion at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mt. Zion is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
