Madera South had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They and the Dos Palos Broncos finished up on equal footing with a 5-5 tie on Tuesday.

Victor Palomino spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and four unearned) runs on 12 hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

With that draw, Madera South's record moves to 3-13-1. As for Dos Palos, they moved theirs to 7-9-1.

Madera South wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 7-2 defeat against Selma on the 15th. As for Dos Palos, they will face off against Sanger West at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The Broncos are facing the Hornets at the right time seeing as the Hornets are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
