Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Viewpoint). They were the clear victors by a 17-4 margin over the Hoover Cardinals on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Patriots as they're now sitting on three straight.

Viewpoint's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Hoover, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Viewpoint wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-6 victory against Doral Academy Red Rock on the 2nd. As for Hoover, they have also already played their next match, an 8-5 loss against Orange Glen on the 2nd.
