Everything went their way against the Veritas School Lions on Tuesday as the Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets made off with a 55-32 win. The Yellow Jackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 21 points or more this season.
Randolph-Macon Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Noah Negussie out in front who went 9 of 14 en route to 23 points and seven boards. Negussie is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for five straight games. Randolph-Macon Academy's win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.6 points per game. As for Veritas School, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.
