Coronado found their leader in underclassman Roberto Lopez, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Andre Martinez, who scored ten points.
Coronado's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Cooper, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
Coronado is on the road again on Saturday and play against Wylie at 1:30 p.m. on December 2nd. Wylie presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Coronado in Texas (Wylie is ranked 420th, while Coronado is ranked 910th). As for Cooper, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Aledo at 12:00 p.m. on December 2nd.
