Tulpehocken is 0-10 against Brandywine Heights Area since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Tulpehocken Trojans will be staying on the road to face off against the Brandywine Heights Area Bullets at 7:30 p.m. on January 25th.
Back in December of 2023, Tulpehocken was beaten by Annville-Cleona 46-18.
Meanwhile, Brandywine Heights Area put the finishing touches on their eighth blowout victory of the season on Monday. They took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 56-17 victory over Kutztown. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 38-10.
Brandywine Heights Area's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Addison Benner, who scored 23 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Benner has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Moyer, who scored seven points along with seven steals and five assists.
Tulpehocken's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Brandywine Heights Area, they pushed their record up to 9-7 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.
Tulpehocken was taken down by Brandywine Heights Area 50-13 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Benner, who scored 22 points along with six steals.
