Jake Keaser posted a new career-high in runs on Friday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. He has become a key player for Holy Ghost Prep: the team is undefeated when he posts at least one home run, but 3-5 otherwise.

Coming up, Keaser and Holy Ghost Prep will head out on the road to take on Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Friars/Pandas will enter the matchup having just beaten Cardinal O'Hara, so the Firebirds will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
