In what's become a running theme this season, Scituate gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Davies Career & Tech Patriots  a   10-0 shutout. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Scituate considering their one-run performance the  contest before.
  Jackson Scanlon made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   keeping things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits over five innings pitched. Scanlon was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Mathew Spaziano was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.  Travis Howman was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.
 Scituate's win was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 13-8. As for Davies Career & Tech, they are  on  a  nine-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-16.
