The St. Anthony Saints can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Capistrano Valley Christian with a sharp 75-49 win. The win was nothing new for St. Anthony as they're now sitting on three straight.
St. Anthony's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Anaya Tunu, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Tunu has scored all season. Ryann Bennett was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with two steals.
St. Anthony is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. As for Capistrano Valley Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-16.
St. Anthony will head out on the road to challenge the Swordsmen at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Paul is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak. Capistrano Valley Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
