In what's become a running theme this season, the San Juan Hills Stallions gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 49-26 margin over El Dorado. The victory was nothing new for San Juan Hills as they're now sitting on five straight.
San Juan Hills had a senior duo take command as Aryanna Hudson scored 15 points along with six assists and five rebounds and Sydney Peterson dropped a double-double on 14 points and 15 rebounds. Peterson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 13 games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Anna Shreeve, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and two blocks.
San Juan Hills is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a massive bump to their 17-9 record this season. As for El Dorado, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 17-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. San Juan Hills will take on the Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Trabuco Hills will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 530th, while the Stallions are ranked 92nd). As for El Dorado, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Knights at 5:30 p.m. Foothill has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 3.
