Maple Lake fell to Holdingford 15-20 the last time the two teams met; this time around, they exacted some revenge. Maple Lake came out on top against Holdingford by a score of 25-15 on Friday. The success made it back-to-back wins for Maple Lake. The match pushed Holdingford down to 1-4 and pulled Maple Lake up to the reverse at 4-1.
Next week Maple Lake take on Melrose at 7:00 PM. These teams both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games. As for Holdingford, they will face off against Rockford. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.
