blocked 197 attempts (191 solo) and recorded 312 kills, 42 aces (378
service points) to lead the 33-2 Greyhounds to the North Carolina 2A state title.
OH/MB - Katelyn Atkinson, Goodpasture Christian (Madison, Tenn.), 5-11 SeniorAtkinson led Goodpasture to the 2A state title and a 27-3 record. She had 429 kills, 358 digs, 71 aces and 25 blocks. For her career, she had 1,373 kills, 894 digs, 189 aces and 311 blocks. Atkinson has signed with Trevacca Nazarene University.
OH/MB - Annie Shurtz, Campolindo (Moraga, Calif.), 6-1 SeniorShurtz
totaled 345 kills, 47 blocks, 47 aces and 97 digs in leading the
Cougars to a runner-up finish in California's D-III state finals.
OH - Jayden Peques, Muncie Central (Ind.), 5-9 SeniorPeques recorded 561 kills, 321 digs and 51 blocks in a 24-10 season. She will play at IPFW.

receptions in leading the Trojans to a 32-7 record and an Indiana 3A title.
OH - Jordan Abalos, Safford (Ariz.), 5-10 JuniorAbalos
led Safford (23-7-1) to the state D-3 final match. A three-sport
All-American (volleyball, basketball and track), Abalos has committed to
New Mexico State where she will play volleyball and compete in the high jump.
MH - Lana Brown, Shasta (Redding, Calif.), 6-0 JuniorIn
leading Shasta to the Northern Section title, Brown amassed a
state-leading 298 blocks and had 377 kills as the Wolves finished 23-16.
MH/RS - Jessica Holler, Blessed Trinity (Roswell, Ga.), 6-2 seniorHoller
led Blessed Trinity to a 54-2 record and the Georgia 3A title.
She totaled 414 kills, 236 digs, 110 blocks and 46 aces. Holler will attend Emory University.
S - Tucker Smith, Wylie (Abilene, Texas), 5-10 Senior

Smith was the playmaker who led the team to the state 3A title and a 43-5 won-loss record. She was the State Tournament MVP and recorded 49 assists in the finals match. On the season, she totaled 1,045 assists, 318 digs, 97 kills and 48 aces.
S - Kiley Lingenfelter, Wapahani (Selma, Ind.), 5-5 SophomoreLingenfelter totaled 1,137 assists, 458 serves (58 aces), 100 digs and 24 blocks to lead Wapahani (33-4) to the state 2A championship.
DS - Hannah Strat, Notre Dame Prep (Pontiac, Mich.), 5-4 JuniorStratt garnered 777 digs, 69 aces, and had only 23 errors in 551 serves (69 aces). The Fighting Irish were 52-10 on the season.
AA - Courtney Chacon, Valley (Gilcrest, Colo.), 5-6 SeniorChacon recorded 314 kills, 341 digs, 40 aces, 250 assists and 176 serve receptions for Valley's 29-0 3A state champion.
AA - Abby Cash, Miami East (Casstown, Ohio), 6-0 SeniorIn leading Miami East to the 3A state title, Cash collected 190 kills, 144 digs, 491 assists and 92 aces. She will attend Chicago State.
