Hutchinson (Minn.) saw its 16-point lead dwindle to two, but still managed to hang on and upset
Kasson-Mantorville (Kasson, Minn.) 23-21 on Saturday.
The Tigers were up 23-8 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run in the first quarter.
Hutchinson saw its 15-point halftime lead fall to eight entering the fourth.
With the win HHS extended its winning streak to 13 games. The Tigers defeated the Panthers 28-7 last week.
Riley Donovan played well for the Komets. The senior quarterback ran for two touchdowns.
The loss comes after Kasson-Mantorville defeated Faribault 41-6 last week. The loss snapped Kasson-Mantorville's 3-game winning streak.
