The Taft Wildcats will be playing at home against the Immanuel Christian Crusaders at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Both teams come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Last Thursday, Taft beat Delano 54-43. The  victory made it back-to-back wins for Taft.
 Taft got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Alaysia Taylor out in front who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 15 points and nine  rebounds.  Shelby Gregory was another key contributor,  scoring 11 points along with three  steals.
 Meanwhile, Immanuel Christian narrowly escaped with a  win as the  team sidled past Baker  24-22.
  Sydney Loughlin was the offensive standout of the  match as she  scored 15 points.
 Taft is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last eight matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-14 record  this season. As for Immanuel Christian, they pushed their record up to 9-4 with that  victory, which was their fifth straight  on the road.
