Zoee Mitchell was her usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Lili Martinez was another key contributor, scoring 17 points.
Birmingham pushed their record up to 15-6 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 37 points. As for Notre Dame (SO), their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Birmingham will take on Granada Hills Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Granada Hills Charter is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last six games.
