The Spring-Ford Rams scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They breezed by Boyertown at home to the tune of 79-24. Considering Spring-Ford has won four games by more than 27 points this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
Anna Azzara continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 21 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The contest was her 11th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Solliday, who scored 14 points along with five assists.
Spring-Ford's victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 32.5 points. As for Boyertown, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-9.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Spring-Ford will take on Methacton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Methacton will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 479th, while Spring-Ford is ranked 15th). As for Boyertown, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Norristown at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
