Mitchell won the last time they faced Fivay and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mustangs' defense stepped up to hand the Falcons an 8-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Mitchell, who have now won six matches by three goals or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Mitchell's fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-5-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for Fivay, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mitchell will welcome Wesley Chapel at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fivay, they will face off against Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
