The Haverford School Fords's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves at 4:00 p.m. on December 28th. Worthington Kilbourne took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Haverford School, who comes in off a win.
Haverford School scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Father Judge and snuck past 75-73. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Meanwhile, Worthington Kilbourne's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. The matchup between Worthington Kilbourne and Big Walnut wasn't particularly close, with Worthington Kilbourne falling 65-46. Worthington Kilbourne has struggled against Big Walnut recently, as their game on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
The losing side was boosted by Aidan Gallogly, who scored 22 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Those 22 points set a new season-high mark for him. Ben Davis was another key contributor, scoring two points along with five rebounds.
The win got Haverford School back to even at 5-5. As for Worthington Kilbourne, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
