Alburnett won the last time they faced Camanche and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Pirates were the clear victors by a 12-3 margin over the Indians. Considering the Pirates have won seven matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Alburnett has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.9 runs on average over those games. As for Camanche, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Alburnett will face off against Starmont at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Pirates are facing the Stars at the right time seeing as the Stars are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Camanche, they will head out on the road to face off against Monticello at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
