The Warren Bears scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. Everything went their way against Riverside Prep as Warren made off with a 60-34 victory. The victory was just what Warren needed coming off of a 58-29 defeat in their prior contest.
Despite the loss, Riverside Prep still got an impressive performance from Mya Graham , who scored 24 points along with three steals. The match was Graham 's fifth in a row with at least ten points.
The win got Warren back to even at 6-6. As for Riverside Prep, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.
Warren will be playing at home against Lynwood at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lynwood presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Warren in California (Lynwood is ranked 121st, while Warren is ranked 477th). Riverside Prep won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against La Habra at 2:30 p.m. on December 30th. La Habra is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
