After two games on the road, Trinity is heading back home. They will take on the South Fayette Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Pennsylvania (Trinity is ranked 57th, while the Lions are ranked 59th).
Last Thursday, Trinity earned a 44-37 win over the Indians. That's two games straight that Trinity has won by exactly seven points.
Meanwhile, South Fayette suffered their closest defeat since December 8, 2023 on Monday. They fell just short of Lincoln Park Performing Arts by a score of 45-42.
Trinity's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for South Fayette, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.
Trinity was able to grind out a solid victory over the Lions when the teams last played back in January, winning 64-57. Will Trinity repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
