Hall is 8-2 against St. Bede since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Red Devils will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the Bruins at 4:30 p.m. Hall will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
Hall is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let Mendota get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Monday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Luke Bryant made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Hall is undefeated when he allows at most one walk, but 2-4-1 otherwise. Bryant was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Jaxon Pinter was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one double. Hunter Edgcomb was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs and one RBI.
Hall always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .541. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, St. Bede can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top against Bureau Valley by a score of 6-1.
The team relied heavily on Maks Baker, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Gus Burr, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
Hall now has a winning record of 5-4-1. As for St. Bede, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.
Hall's speedy runners might be the difference in Wednesday's matchup. The Red Devils have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.7 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for St. Bede, though, as they've been averaging only 0.9 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Hall continue to outrun the ball?
