Saratoga better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Milpitas really get things going. Milpitas never let Cupertino onto the board and left with  a   3-0  win  on Friday.
 Jayden Hernandez and  Marissa Agraz scored all three of Milpitas' goals,  bringing their combined season tally to five goals.
 Meanwhile, for the first time  this season, Saratoga was forced to settle for a  draw. Neither they nor Fremont could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for  a  3-3 draw.
 With that  draw, Saratoga's record moves to 3-1-1. As for Milpitas, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
 Milpitas suffered a grim  7-0 defeat to Saratoga  in their previous matchup  back in February of 2022. Can Milpitas avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
