The Preuss UCSD Tritons will head out on the road to square off against The Cambridge School Griffins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Preuss UCSD had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They secured a 27-22 W over Liberty Charter on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, The Cambridge School can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent game on Monday. They blew past Monarch 42-12 on the road. The victory made it back-to-back wins for The Cambridge School.
Preuss UCSD's win bumped their record up to 5-16. As for The Cambridge School, their victory bumped their record up to 13-2.
Preuss UCSD strolled past the Griffins when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 36-20. The rematch might be a little tougher for Preuss UCSD since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
