Despite the loss, Sunnyside still got an impressive performance from Ruby Cartwright, who scored 20 points along with five steals. Cartwright is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 22 games she's played.
Sunnyside has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-18 record this season. As for Fresno, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-8.
