Sacramento Adventist is 8-2 against Sacramento Waldorf since February of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Sacramento Adventist is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They put the hurt on Foresthill with a sharp 53-31 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Capitals.

Sacramento Adventist relied on the efforts of Gwen Rosich, who dropped a triple-double with 16 points, 11 boards, and 13 steals, and Kyla Friedrich, who went 8-for-14 en route to 19 points and seven steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Friedrich has scored at least a third of Sacramento Adventist's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jasmine Rodriguez, who posted five points and six steals.

Sacramento Adventist smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in six consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Sacramento Waldorf had already won 14 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.3 points) and they went ahead and made it 15 on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 50-13 victory over the Titans.

Sacramento Adventist's win bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Sacramento Waldorf, their victory bumped their record up to 22-5.

Sacramento Adventist strolled past Sacramento Waldorf in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a score of 40-21. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sacramento Adventist since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
