Make it 14 blowout wins for the San Dimas Saints this season. Everything went their way against Northview on Monday as San Dimas made off with a 56-30 victory. Winning may never get old, but San Dimas sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
San Dimas got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Priscilla Romero out in front who scored 12 points along with two steals. Romero hasn't dropped below two steals for 15 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Janessa Rodriguez, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
San Dimas pushed their record up to 18-8 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.6 points per game. As for Northview, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-9.
San Dimas will head out on the road to challenge the Colts at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Covina will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 763rd, while the Saints are ranked 153rd). As for Northview, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Panthers at 5:00 p.m.
