A big part of Cary Christian's win came down to the chemistry between Reed Harvey and his top target Cennoth Kalisiak. Harvey threw for 281 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 14.1 yards per attempt while Kalisiak gained 191 total yards and four touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave Kalisiak a new career-high in receiving yards (183).
Cary Christian was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 205 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Arendell Parrott Academy). They breezed past St. David's to the tune of 61-21 on Friday. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 39-14.
Cary Christian better keep an eye on Christopher Stimson. He was instrumental in Arendell Parrott Academy's win, throwing for 354 yards and five TDs while completing 76.5% of his passes. William Stimson also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.
Special teams was a major factor in the game for Arendell Parrott Academy, racking up 15 points in total. Joseph Caveness delivered a perfect 3-3 game. One of the most memorable scores? An impressive punt return for a touchdown from Stimson.

Friday's matchup will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Harvey and Stimson. Harvey just won't slow down this season and has thrown 22 touchdowns while averaging 199.3 passing yards per game. Stimson has been a dominant force too and has thrown 24 touchdowns while averaging 223.6 passing yards per game.
Cary Christian might still be hurting after the 46-24 loss they got from Arendell Parrott Academy in their previous meeting back in September of 2023. Thankfully for the Knights, Jaylen Solomon (who rushed for 254 yards and four scores while picking up 7.1 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time.
