Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Cambria Heights, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 48-31 loss to Portage on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, Cambria Heights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 264th, while Portage is ranked 12th).
Northern Cambria bumped their record down to 0-3 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Cambria Heights, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
