The Los Altos Conquerors will venture away from home to challenge the Colony Titans at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Los Altos turned things around against Woodbridge on Monday. They came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 4-1.

Christian Ramirez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on six hits. He has become a key player for Los Altos: the team is 3-1-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-10 otherwise.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Nathan Barrera, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Either Diaz, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Colony waltzed into their game on Saturday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Cougars.
Steven Gonzales looked comfortable as he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Ricardo Zazueta was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one stolen base. Adrian Sifuentes was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.
Colony kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in three consecutive contests.
Colony's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-3. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Los Altos, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 5-11-1.
Los Altos came up short against Colony when the teams last played on April 2nd, falling 5-1. Can the Conquerors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
