After four games on the road, Farrell is heading back home. They will take on the Commodore Perry Panthers at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 78-27, which was the final score in Farrell's tilt against the on Friday. While losing is never fun, Farrell can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 466th, while the are ranked 82nd).
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Commodore Perry, who are still winless after their 16th match. They were outmatched by West Middlesex on the road and fell 61-10.
Farrell has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for Commodore Perry, their defeat was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-16.
Everything came up roses for Farrell against the Panthers when the teams last played back in January as the team secured a 60-24 victory. Will Farrell repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
