Lourdes (Rochester, Minn.) extended its winning streak to 13 games with a 21-7 victory over
Jordan (Minn.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a rushing touchdown in the first quarter, the Eagles led 21-0 at the half.
Lourdes saw its 21-point halftime lead fall to 14 entering the fourth.
The Hubmen/Jaguars'
Nick Heitkamp played well. The senior wide receiver caught one touchdown.
LHS's standout player in the win was
Michael Brandt. The junior quarterback kicked one extra point.
Jordan's lone touchdown came on a 49-yard pass from undefined to Heitkamp in the third quarter.
The Rochester school had given up an average of 13.3 points prior to the contest.
The loss snapped JHS's 3-game winning streak.
