The Paradise Bobcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight defeat. They took a 42-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of Colusa. Paradise has not had much luck with Colusa recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Several Bobcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jaylah Craft, who scored 11 points. Nyah Baker was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Paradise has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season. As for Colusa, the win was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-5.
Paradise does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Colusa, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Durham at 7:00 p.m. Colusa is coming into the match with seven straight wins at home, meaning Durham will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win.
