Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dardanelle). They were the clear victors by a 19-3 margin over the Waldron Bulldogs on Friday. The Sand Lizards haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
Kam Olson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Dardanelle is 2-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 3-5 otherwise.
