Orthopaedic has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will face off against the USC-MAE Trojans at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Orthopaedic's defense has only allowed 29.7 points per game this season, so USC-MAE's offense will have their work cut out for them.
Orthopaedic posted their biggest victory yet this season on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Animo Bunche 40-10 at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Orthopaedic has posted against Animo Bunche since January 7, 2019.
Melanie Hernandez and Jackie Garcia were among the main playmakers for Orthopaedic as the former scored 12 points and the latter scored ten points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Garcia has scored all season.
USC-MAE suffered their biggest loss since November 9, 2023 on Friday. They suffered a rough 34-13 loss at the hands of Annenberg. USC-MAE has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Orthopaedic is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-7 record this season. As for USC-MAE, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
