The Woodlake Tigers will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against the Corcoran Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Corcoran took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Woodlake, who comes in off a win.
Woodlake put the finishing touches on their eighth blowout victory of the season on Tuesday. They blew past Farmersville 6-2. Woodlake's offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last three games.

Michelle Villegas, and
Arianna Hernandez Martinez.
Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought matchup, but Corcoran had to settle for a 3-2 defeat against Strathmore on Tuesday. Corcoran has struggled against Strathmore recently, as their match on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Woodlake's win bumped their record up to 15-8-3. As for Corcoran, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-13-2 record this season.
Woodlake was able to grind out a solid win over Corcoran when the teams last played two weeks ago, winning 3-1. Will Woodlake repeat their success, or does Corcoran have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
