The Standing Rock Warriors are ranked highly in their home state, and on Thursday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of the Todd County Falcons. Standing Rock was outmatched by Todd County on the road and fell 50-0. Standing Rock has struggled against Todd County recently, as their contest on Thursday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Ty Valandra continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Todd County, rushing for 207 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.9 yards per carry. Valandra is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last seven games he's played. Cayde Valandra was another major influence, as he rushed for 51 yards and ran in a TD.
Standing Rock has not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Todd County, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.
Standing Rock will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Cheyenne-Eagle Butte/Tiospaye Topa. Todd County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
