Carrollton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Chapel Hill Panthers as they made off with an 11-1 victory. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 contests by six runs or more this season.

Carrollton pushed their record up to 19-9 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games.
