Big Pasture took  a  ten-run  loss the last time they faced off against Fletcher, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Rangers skirted past the Wildcats  5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Rangers have posted  since October 3, 2024.
  Kyleigh Martin was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with four  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  run.  Sofia Hester was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with two  runs and one  stolen base.
Big Pasture has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Fletcher, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Big Pasture has already played their next game,  a  3-0  loss against Geronimo on the 23rd. As for Fletcher, they will have a little extra prep time after the  defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Minco at 4:30  p.m.  on September 23.
