Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bishop Diego to victory, but perhaps none more so than Galilea De la cruz, who scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jiali Coronado, who scored 13 points.
Avalon's loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 3-4. As for Bishop Diego, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-2.
