The biggest upset of the week belonged to Isle, who took down 31st ranked Cromwell, 14-6.
The Huskies were the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from sixth to fourth in Great Northern (9 Man). Isle beat the Cardinals 14-6 earlier in the week.
McGregor's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Trevor Honstrom threw for 58 and one touchdown and Joe Moore had 66 yards receiving. On the ground Tim Tierney chipped in 171 yards.
On the ground, the Mercuries' Tierney has rushed for 704 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Moore. The McGregor star has six catches for 222 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Onamia and Nevis. The Panthers enters the contest ranked ninth in the state, while the Tigers ranks 12th.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Onamia takes on Nevis. Kevin Armbrust's team has allowed 64 points this season, while Shawn Klimek's team has given up 66. The Panthers allowed 14 points last week as they defeated Northland.
Onamia extended the longest winning streak in Great Northern (9 Man) this week by beating the Eagles, 53-14. The victory was the sixth in a row for the Panthers.
