Despite the loss, Brea Olinda still got an impressive performance from Mariah Henderson, who scored 15 points. Maya Sanborn was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
Brea Olinda has not been sharp recently, as they've lost nine of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Rancho Bernardo, their victory bumped their record up to 15-2.
