Bloomingdale has gone a perfect 6-0 against Armwood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Bulls will square off against the Hawks at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Armwood will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Bloomingdale extended their winning streak to six on Tuesday. The Bulls never let Strawberry Crest get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory. That's two games straight that the Bulls have won by exactly 13 runs.

Natalie Cable made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.
In other batting news, Marley Boucher was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one double. Arianna Cerezo was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
Bloomingdale hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their strikeout total in three consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Armwood faced off against Brandon on Saturday. The Hawks were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over the Eagles. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Hawks considering their one-run performance the game before.
Dichelle Walker looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. She also allowed three hits, marking her first of the season.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Tikema Jackson, who scored four runs and stole six bases while going 3-for-3. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Justine Smith, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3.
Bloomingdale's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Armwood, their record is now 5-9.
Armwood's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Monday. Bloomingdale has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 9.4 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Armwood, though, as they've been averaging only 2.8 strikeouts. Will Bloomingdale keep running through batters, or will the Hawks buck the trend?
Bloomingdale took their win against Armwood in their previous matchup back in April of 2023 by a conclusive 15-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulls since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
