White County got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. Their defense stepped up to hand the North Hall Trojans a 2-0 shutout on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

White County's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. As for North Hall, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Looking ahead, White County is taking a road trip to square off against Lumpkin County at 7:30 p.m. on March 21st. As for North Hall, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Johnson at 7:30 p.m.
