Model strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Gordon Central Warriors with a sharp 17-2 win. The Blue Devils have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Model's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Gordon Central, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Model will welcome Coosa at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gordon Central, they will face off against Pepperell at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Dragons have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.2 runs per game on average), something the Warriors will no doubt try to take advantage of.
