On Tuesday, the Garnet Valley Jaguars faced the Conestoga Pioneers in a battle between two of the state's top teams. In a tight match that could have gone either way, Garnet Valley made off with a 43-42 victory over Conestoga. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Garnet Valley.
Leading Garnet Valley to victory were Emily Olsen and Haylie Adamski. Olsen scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and two steals, while Adamski scored 18 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Garnet Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. As for Conestoga, their defeat ended a 13-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 20-2.
Garnet Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Conestoga also has no future games currently scheduled.
