 Cade Murphy was  his usual excellent self,  going 7 for 8  on his way to 23  points in addition to five  boards and three  blocks. Those three  blocks gave  him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Carson Asbaty, who  posted 11 points along with seven  assists and four  steals.
 Knoxville Catholic  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 18  offensive boards. That's the most  offensive boards they've managed all season.
 Meanwhile, Walker Valley had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.9 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Monday. They walked away with  a   74-64  victory over the Lions.
 Knoxville Catholic's record now sits at 10-4. As for Walker Valley, their record now sits at 14-1.
