South Brunswick won the last time they faced Dixon and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Cougars secured a 53-49 W over the Bulldogs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

When it comes to explaining why Dixon lost, don't look at Noah Wright. Despite the final result, he posted 21 points in addition to seven boards and five assists. Wright's evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. Grady Adams was another key player, putting up ten points.

South Brunswick's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Dixon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Coming up, South Brunswick will head out on the road to face off against East Columbus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dixon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South Lenoir at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will need to watch out since the Blue Devils have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
