After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gladbrook-Reinbeck, Denver was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Columbus Sailors 4-1. The result was nothing new for Denver, who have now won seven games by three goals or more so far this season.

Denver's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-10-3. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those three contests. As for Columbus, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15-2.

Denver didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-1 victory against Don Bosco on the 12th. As for Columbus, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 5-0 defeat against Janesville on the 15th.
